All prices listed on our site are in Australian Dollars (AUD). We reserve the right to amend prices, specifications, availability and terms of offers any time without prior notice. All prices and promotions can be validated upon placement of orders.
Image & Print Quality
Rugli Photo takes pride in providing only the best quality prints to our clients. We print our images using Epson 9900 printer which utilises a photographic ink jet technology to produce accurate and realistic prints. To ensure that our prints are of the best quality, we use only high-quality photo paper such as Ilford Galerie 310gsm Gold Fibre Gloss, Ilford Galerie 310gsm Smooth Pearl, Ilford Galerie 310gsm Textured Cotton Rag and Ilford Galerie 260gsm Metallic Gloss.
While we do our utmost to give the most accurate representation of all images on our website, there may be slight variations in the actual print due to the brightness and colour settings on individual monitors.
For online payment processing, we prefer using PayPal which provides an easy and secure payment method. Aside from PayPal, we also accept other modes of payments including those that use either Visa or Master Card. Certain cryptocurrency payment options are also available.
Delivery & Shipping
For deliveries in Australia, orders are created and delivered within two weeks from the date of purchase. For international deliveries, kindly wait two to three weeks after placing your order.
For unframed prints, we employ the services of Australia Post both locally and internationally.
Quality of Prints
All our images are printed on high quality fine art paper and, thus, require special care. We strongly recommend leaving the prints in the protective tube and taking them directly to your chosen framer who can best take care of the delicate prints.
Rugli Photo ensures that all prints are thoroughly checked for quality before they are shipped. Hence, we will not be held responsible for any damage done to prints after they are received by our clients.
For international orders, prints are shipped via Australian Registered Post. We provide our clients with the tracking number so they can easily monitor the delivery.
Do note that we do not ship framed prints due to their extremely fragile nature. We want to avoid the risk of damaging framed prints while they are in transit. Those who reside outside of Sydney can order paper prints and have them locally framed instead.
We cannot offer refunds or replacements for items lost or damaged while in transit. The reliability and validity of the international postal service is beyond our control, and we cannot be held liable for their mishandling of goods. In the unfortunate event that your prints are undelivered or damaged, kindly contact us so we can take action and amend the situation in whatever way we can.
Returns & Refunds Policy
Ensure that your shipping address is correct when placing your orders. Orders that are returned due to incorrect information will incur re-shipping charges.
We do not accept cancellation of orders once the images have been printed and booked for shipping.
All prints are custom made and printed upon ordering, thus, we do not offer refunds under any circumstance.
In the rare case that a print does not meet a client’s expectations due to miscommunication or error done on our part, Rugli Photo shall replace or amend that order without further charges. While we do not give partial or full refunds, we can offer credits to compensate clients if the mistake was due to our own fault.
