How much time will it take before I receive my order?
We process your order and start production as soon as you send your details on our website. Make sure to fill in all information required. Each order is individually printed and assembled according to your specifications. You will receive a confirmation email from us once we get your order.
Waiting time for unframed orders usually take five working days plus delivery. Meanwhile, framed artwork will take 15 working days.. Rugli Photo will notify you of any delays.
Please indicate in the order form if your order is urgent so we can prioritise it.
Can you ship artwork anywhere in the world?
Yes, we can. We ship unframed prints worldwide.
However, we do not ship framed prints due to their extremely fragile nature. We want to avoid the risk of damaging framed prints while they are in transit. Those who reside outside of Sydney can order paper prints and have them locally framed instead.
How much will I be charged for shipping?
Shipping charges depend on the delivery address you put in the order form. We will give you the opportunity to review the cost before finalising your order.
How will you ship my order?
We place unframed prints inside mailing tube so they don’t get folded, bent or damaged during transit.
You will receive a tracking number from us once we ship out your artwork. Make sure that you or a designated person is present to receive your order at the location you indicated in the order form. Otherwise, you will have to shoulder the re-delivery fee.
Contact us right away if you find your print damaged upon delivery so we can attend to the issue as soon as possible.
