All fine art prints and artwork products are carefully produced to order. Because each print is individually made after an order is placed, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or if the customer later decides the artwork is not suitable.
Please choose carefully before placing your order. If you have any questions about print size, finish, framing, colour, or presentation, please contact us before purchasing and we will be happy to help.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the damaged product
- Clear photos of the packaging
Once reviewed, we will arrange a suitable solution, which may include a replacement, repair, or refund, depending on the situation.
Please keep the original packaging until the issue has been resolved, as this may be required for insurance or courier claims.
Custom and Made-to-Order Artwork
As all fine art prints are made to order, returns are not accepted for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size choice
- Colour differences caused by screen settings
- Customer ordering mistakes
- Preference changes after delivery
Colours may appear slightly different on screen compared with the final printed artwork, depending on monitor, phone, or tablet settings.
Return Shipping
If a return is required because the item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, return instructions will be provided after the issue has been reviewed.
Returns must not be sent back without prior approval.
Australian Consumer Law
This policy does not exclude or limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law. If a product has a major problem, is faulty, damaged, or significantly different from the description, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund as required by law.
